Joy Game Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Joy Game — whether through the website at joygame.plus, the Joy Game Android app or any other platform interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is entered into between you as an individual player and Joy Game as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account, make a deposit or use any Joy Game product or service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a Joy Game account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or above. Joy Game does not permit access or account registration to anyone under 18, without exception.
• You are not subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prevent you from using online betting or gaming services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a Joy Game employee or affiliated entity.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party, business or organisation.
• You are acting with your own funds. Using funds belonging to another person to fund a Joy Game account is not permitted.

Joy Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. If you are unable to verify your age or identity to our satisfaction, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is entitled to hold one Joy Game account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Joy Game will close all associated accounts and any balances may be forfeited.

When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and other details as requested. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Joy Game login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Joy Game support immediately via live chat.

• Account registration is free — there is no fee to open a Joy Game account.
• You may only hold funds in your account currency, which is PKR.
• Account names must match your verified identity — accounts cannot be transferred between individuals.
• You must keep your contact details current . If your email address or phone number changes, update your account details promptly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Joy Game accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Pakistani bank transfer, debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR and credited to your account balance without conversion charges on Joy Game's end.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of a successful transaction. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider — JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are generally the fastest. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Joy Game does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from those used to fund your account. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering control.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing — this is standard procedure and not a penalty.
• Joy Game does not charge internal withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Silver, Gold and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing as a tier benefit.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on Joy Game sports markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football and esports — are subject to the specific rules for each market as displayed at the time of betting. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules.

Joy Game reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, where the odds were clearly mispriced, or where the outcome of the event has already been determined at the time the bet was placed. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly around significant in-match events such as wickets, boundaries or video review decisions in cricket.

For live casino games, the rules of each game variant are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, any active game rounds will be resolved according to the recorded game state at the time of disconnection. Joy Game's recorded data takes precedence in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed — please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Joy Game reserves the right to restrict betting limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of an abandoned cricket match, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that competition.
• Multiple and accumulator bets follow standard accumulator rules — a void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg rather than voiding the entire bet slip.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Joy Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every offer is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are communicated at the point of offer and must be read before claiming.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering progress is tracked in your account dashboard.

• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player. Claiming a welcome bonus on a duplicate account constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Free bets and bonus funds have expiry periods — unused bonus credit after the stated deadline is forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds must be wagered separately from real-money funds in most cases. The order in which funds are used is displayed in your account balance breakdown.
• Withdrawing your real-money balance before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Joy Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including in response to evidence of systematic abuse.
• PSL season promotions are exclusively available during active PSL fixtures and may carry additional cricket-specific eligibility requirements.

7. VIP Club

The Joy Game VIP Club operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic and based on your cumulative real-money wagering activity on the platform. Bonus bets and promotional wagering do not count towards VIP tier progress.

Each tier carries specific benefits including priority withdrawal processing (Silver and above), a dedicated personal account manager (Gold and Diamond), monthly PKR cashback on net losses and access to exclusive PSL cricket promotions at higher tiers. • VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis — tiers can be maintained or adjusted based on continued activity levels.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
• Monthly cashback is calculated on net losses within the calendar month and credited to your account in PKR by the 5th of the following month.
• Joy Game reserves the right to adjust, modify or discontinue VIP tier benefits with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP status does not affect the application of these Terms and Conditions — all rules apply equally regardless of tier.

8. Player Conduct

Joy Game players are expected to use the platform in good faith — placing genuine bets for personal entertainment, transacting with their own funds and engaging with support staff and other users respectfully. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in sports markets or casino games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or bet manipulation.
• Attempting to launder funds or use Joy Game for any financial activity unrelated to personal gaming entertainment.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Joy Game support staff or other users through any platform communication channel.
• Using a VPN or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions applied by Joy Game.

Joy Game monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct above. Accounts identified as engaging in any of these activities will be suspended pending investigation. Joy Game's determination in such cases is final.

9. Privacy & Data

Joy Game collects and processes personal information provided at registration and during your use of the platform — including your name, contact details, payment information and betting history — for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity and complying with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

• Joy Game uses industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.
• You may request access to the personal data Joy Game holds about you by contacting support.
• Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of your data — records are retained as required for fraud prevention and financial record-keeping purposes.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

Joy Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, account security concerns or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Joy Game support via live chat. Where a player has requested a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through the responsible gaming tools, the account will be restricted for the full duration of the requested period and cannot be reopened early.

• On account closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to identity verification.
• Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are not withdrawable on account closure where wagering requirements have not been met.
• Accounts closed due to breach of these terms may not be reopened. Applications for new accounts by the same individual will be declined.

11. Limitation of Liability

Joy Game provides its sports betting and live casino platform on an as-available basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and accurate market pricing, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that all features will function without interruption.

Joy Game's liability to any individual player is limited to the real-money PKR balance held in their verified account at the time a claim arises. Joy Game is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any consequential damages arising from use of the platform — including losses resulting from technical outages during in-play betting events.

• Joy Game is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end that affect bet placement or live casino sessions.
